WPP acquires JeffreyGroup

JeffreyGroup joins WPPOn September 21, WPP announced that it had acquired JeffreyGroup, one of Latin America’s most reputable independent corporate communications, public affairs, and marketing consulting organizations.

By joining the Hill+Knowlton Strategies worldwide network, JeffreyGroup will double the company’s position in Latin America and establish the largest global communications agency presence there. JeffreyGroup, with offices in Mexico City, Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro, So Paulo, and Buenos Aires, employs 330 employees overall. The company is headquartered in Miami.
