What is Thunderbolts about?
This Marvel movie follows an unusual team of antiheroes made up of Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and John Walker.
After being ambushed by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, this team of disillusioned outcasts is forced into a high-risk mission. Along the way, they must confront the darkest, most painful parts of their pasts while fighting to survive and find purpose amid the chaos.

When will Thunderbolts be on Disney Plus?
As of now, no official release date has been announced for Thunderbolts on Disney Plus. However, Marvel films are typically added to the platform between 45 and 70 days after their theatrical release. Following that pattern, Thunderbolts could arrive on the streaming platform sometime between July and August 2025. For now, we’ll have to wait for an official announcement from Disney.
