Now, Netflix has surprised everyone not only with the release of the official trailer but also with the revelation of a character returning for part 2 of the second season. Do you know who it is? Which character returns in Wednesday season 2 part 2?
The character is revealed at the beginning of the official trailer. In the video, Wednesday is in a hospital bed and suddenly wakes from the coma she was in after being attacked by Hyde (aka Tyler Galpin) at Willow Hill Psychiatric Center.

Upon waking, she sees a nurse greeting her… but surprise! It’s Principal Larissa Weems (surely you didn’t expect that!). Larissa was believed to have been killed in the first season—or at least that’s what everyone thought.
The Principal Weems will return from the dead, but not to resume her role at Nevermore Academy, instead as Wednesday’s spirit guide. It’s worth remembering that in season 1, Wednesday lost her spiritual guide after losing contact with her former spectral advisor Goody Addams.
Considering that Wednesday almost died, Larissa Weems arrives at the perfect time to guide her in the fight against Hyde, who is roaming free in Jericho and threatens not only to kill young Addams but also her friend Enid Sinclair.

It all begins with the deaths of two people, including Donovan Galpin, former police commander and father of Tyler, the Hyde from season 1. The peculiar thing is that both were killed by a flock of crows. But who controls them?

In her visions, Wednesday sees that her friend Enid is the next victim, so she begins a tireless investigation to find the killer. Meanwhile, she is stalked by a mysterious assailant who appears to be responsible for the crimes.
The stalker kidnaps Enid to lure Wednesday, and when she manages to save her friend, the stalker finally reveals themselves to be a new student claiming to be Wednesday Addams’ number one fan. Realizing she wasn’t involved in the murders, Wednesday must resume her investigation.
The appearance of a new music teacher turns the spotlight toward her. As the new suspect, Wednesday follows her to the psychiatric center where Hyde is imprisoned, only to discover that the real killer was hiding there… or is it a killer?
Behind the attacks was Judi (Heather Matarazzo), the seemingly harmless assistant to Dr. Fairburn, the chief psychiatrist at Willow Hill Hospital. Judi’s father is a “normie” (normal person) who managed to steal and acquire the powers of the outcasts; now she seeks to continue his legacy and experiment on more victims.
After unmasking the person responsible for the murders, chaos erupts at Willow Hill, Hyde is freed, and he attacks Wednesday, causing her to fall dramatically from the top of the building. With Hyde on the loose, Jericho’s future is now uncertain.
Will there be a Wednesday season 3 on Netflix?
Good news! Netflix has already confirmed that a season 3 of Wednesday is in the works. The release date has not yet been revealed, but it is believed it could arrive on the platform sometime in 2026 or early 2027.
