The wait is finally over! Netflix has released the first official trailer for Squid Game 3, the new and final season of what has become the most-watched series on the streaming platform worldwide. Along with the teaser, it has also been revealed which actors will return for the story’s conclusion, as well as more details about what fans can expect in the upcoming episodes. When does Squid Game 3 premiere?
According to Netflix, the series finale will arrive on the streaming platform on June 27, so there’s still time to watch the first two seasons to make sure you don’t miss a thing.

What is Squid Game Season 3 about?
The final season continues the journey of Gi-hun, devastated by the loss of his best friend and the betrayal of the leader, who had hidden his true identity to manipulate the game from within. Now, Gi-hun is determined to bring the brutal competition to an end once and for all; however, the leader already has his next move planned, and each challenge becomes deadlier than the last.
After the trailer’s release, it was revealed that there will be new games and that player 222’s baby, Kim Jun-hee, will be born amid the chaos. The VIPs, the wealthy spectators who wear gold animal-faced masks, will also return. Adding more intrigue to the plot, detective Hwang Jun-ho, the leader’s brother, finally manages to reach the island where the macabre games take place. Will he be able to end it all? We’ll have to wait for the premiere to find out.

How many episodes will third season of Squid Game have?
It has not yet been confirmed how many episodes will make up the third season of Squid Game. However, Korean site OSEN previously reported that between seasons two and three, there would be a total of 12 to 13 episodes. Since season two included seven episodes, this suggests that the final season could have 5 or 6 episodes.
What is the name of player 456 in Squid Game?
Seong Gi-hun. He was the winner of the games in the first season and returns in the second to seek revenge.
Who is number 001 in Squid Game Season 2?
In season two, player 001 turns out to be Hwang In-ho, also known as The Leader, portrayed by Lee Byung-hun.
