Yes! The educational program will premiere its 56th season, completely new and reimagined. In addition, 90 hours of previous episodes will also be available in the catalog.

What will the new season of Sesame Street on Netflix be like?
According to the platform, the new season of Sesame Street, produced by Sal Pérez and Kay Wilson Stallings, with scripts by Halcyon Person, will feature a revamped format and bring back fan-favorite segments like Elmo’s World and Cookie Monster’s Food Truck.
In this season, young viewers will discover new ways to play as Cookie Monster launches his own Cookie Cart on the most famous street on television. The magical Abby’s Fairy Garden will also be explored, a place full of enchanting creatures and surprising adventures.
Additionally, episodes will adopt a new narrative structure centered on 11-minute stories, allowing for deeper character development, funnier moments, and a stronger emotional connection with the young audience.
History of Sesame Street
In 1966, Joan Ganz Cooney and Lloyd Morrisett, founders of what would later become Sesame Workshop, envisioned a new approach to early childhood education: using the power of television as an educational tool.
