The famous snack and potato chips brand Pringles is getting ready to surprise consumers this September with the launch of six new flavors. With options ranging from smoky notes to sweet and spicy blends, the brand continues to expand its portfolio with innovations designed to satisfy every taste.

The announcement includes three new varieties in the “Pringles Smoky” collection, a bold Sharp White Cheddar flavor, and two versions of the puffed snacks Pringles Mingles: one sweet with cinnamon and sugar, and the other with the spicy touch of jalapeño and cheese.

“At Pringles, we’re constantly thinking of new ways to satisfy our fans’ cravings. With the addition of the Smoky collection to our offerings, launching Sharp White Cheddar and creating even more poppable Pringles Mingles flavors to share, we hope our fans find an exciting new snack to enjoy for any occasion,” explained Mauricio Jenkins, US Head of Marketing for Pringles.

What are the flavors in the new Pringles Smoky collection?

The Pringles Smoky line makes its debut with flavors that evoke the traditional smokiness of American barbecue. This new range includes three innovative options:

  • Pringles Smoky Bacon: with smoky bacon flavor, hickory notes, and a touch of pork essence—perfect for fans of intense flavors.
  • Pringles Smoky Mesquite BBQ: a blend of sweet barbecue with tanginess and smokiness that reinvents the classic BBQ profile.
  • Pringles Smoky Cheddar: potato crisps with cheddar cheese flavor combined with the softness of applewood smoke, striking the perfect balance between creaminess and depth.

In addition, the brand launches a new bold flavor outside the Smoky line:

  • Pringles Sharp White Cheddar: a potato chip with rich, slightly nutty notes and a touch of acidity that closely resembles the taste of aged white cheddar.

Will Pringles also include sweet chips among the new flavors?

Yes. For the first time since 2016, Pringles is introducing a sweet flavor to its lineup with Pringles Mingles Cinnamon & Sugar. This puffed snack edition offers a warm and spiced profile, specially designed for the holiday season, and will come in limited-edition packaging to highlight its festive and shareable nature.

Alongside it, Pringles Mingles Jalapeño & Cheese will also be released, with a balanced flavor combining jalapeño heat and cheesy creaminess in a light, crispy texture—ideal for those looking for snacks with a spicy kick without sacrificing fluffiness.

Where will the new Pringles chips be available?

All six new versions of Pringles—both the traditional crispy chips and the puffed snacks—will be available nationwide across the United States starting in September.

How is Pringles celebrating the launch of its new flavors?

To highlight the release of the Pringles Smoky line, the brand has partnered in an exclusive collaboration with Chef Calvin Eng, founder of the Bonnie’s restaurant in Brooklyn, New York. This culinary partnership will debut a signature dish called Pringles Smoky Mesquite BBQ Bok Gop, a crispy whole squab marinated in the flavor of the new chips and five-spice salt, garnished with crunchy Pringles for a final touch.

This dish will be available for a limited time only starting on Tuesday, September 2 at Bonnie’s, offering brand fans an exclusive experience to be among the first to taste the Smoky Mesquite BBQ flavor before it hits shelves.
