Kristin Cabot resigns from Astronomer
Cabot’s resignation came just days after the controversy sparked by the alleged infidelity. Initially, it was reported that the then-HR chief had requested a leave of absence to temporarily step down from her role; however, it has now been confirmed that she has officially left the company.
The news was confirmed by a spokesperson for Astronomer, who only stated that Cabot was no longer with the company, as she had resigned.

It all happened on July 16 during the Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium in Boston. The show was going on as usual until Chris Martin, the band’s lead singer, decided to activate the Kiss Cam.
Away from the stage, but in full view of the crowd, Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot were standing in the stands… hugging and being very affectionate. Of course, the scene didn’t go unnoticed by the Kiss Cam, which immediately focused on the pair.
The problem? They’re both married… but to other people! Realizing they were being broadcast, Andy and Kristin quickly pulled away and tried to hide, but the affair had already been exposed.
Following the incident, Andy Byron resigned as CEO of Astronomer just a few days after the scandal, and reportedly, his wife left him. Kristin Cabot was also forced to leave the company this week, and as of now, there is no information about the status of her marriage. Both have already been removed from the leadership team listed on the company’s website.
