What will Stranger Things 5 be about?
This final season is set in the fall of 1987, with Hawkins deeply affected after the opening of the Rifts. Eleven and her group of friends reunite to locate and eliminate Vecna, who has vanished without a trace.
Vecna’s intentions remain a mystery, but that’s not the worst part: the Government has imposed a military quarantine on the town and has intensified its efforts to capture Eleven, forcing her to go into hiding once again.
As the anniversary of Will’s disappearance approaches, a disturbing sense of danger begins to take hold. The final showdown is near, and with it, a darker and deadlier threat. To stop it, they must join forces… perhaps for the last time.
When does Stranger Things 5 premiere?
The new season will be released on the streaming platform in three parts: the first on November 26, 2025, the second on December 25, and the third on December 31.
