It’s called the new “Summer in a Pint” collection, which features four new ice cream and sherbet flavors designed to transport you to a dreamy summer getaway with just one scoop:
- Italian Style Summer Fizz – A sherbet packed with vibrant candy clusters and a blood orange-flavored ribbon.
- Fireside Nights – Toasted marshmallow-flavored ice cream with s’mores pieces and a glowing orange swirl.
- Sandy Shores – Coconut-flavored ice cream swirled with a sweet and salty crunchy pretzel mix.
- Poolside Tan Lines – A combo of vanilla, chocolate, and coffee-flavored ice creams.

How to Get Free Ice Cream at Kroger
To officially welcome summer and celebrate the launch of the new “Summer in a Pint” collection, Kroger is bringing back its popular free ice cream giveaway for the summer solstice — offering 92,000 free pints, one for each of the 92 days of summer.
Customers can claim their free pint by visiting FreeKrogerIceCream.com, where they can download a one-time-use digital coupon. The coupon will be available only on Friday, June 20, 2025, starting at 12:00 PM (ET), while supplies last. It can be redeemed from June 20 through July 4 for any of the new Summer in a Pint flavors or classic favorites.
