Want to try it? Here’s what items are included and when they’ll be available at locations across the country.
What’s Included in the New Hardee’s Menu?
This menu features two new options that reflect Hardee’s commitment to culinary innovation and the high-quality flavors and ingredients diners crave:
- BBQ Pulled Pork Frisco: A combination of grilled Angus beef, smoked pulled pork, melted American cheese, crispy onions, spicy pickles, and tangy BBQ sauce—all served on toasted sourdough bread.
- Smoked Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit: This fan-favorite is making a comeback! It includes smoked sausage, a folded egg, and American cheese, all between Hardee’s famous Made From Scratch biscuit.

When Will the New Hardee’s Menu Be Available?
It’s already available! You can now order the BBQ Pulled Pork Frisco or the Smoked Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit at participating locations nationwide. But hurry—they’ll only be available until August 19. Plus, for a limited time, My Rewards members can enjoy a unique and exclusive surprise offer at participating restaurants to try the new menu items.
What Is Hardee’s My Rewards Program?
It’s the company’s loyalty program, giving you access to exclusive deals, Bonus Star programs, early access offers, and more. You’ll automatically earn 10 Stars for every $1 spent when ordering through the app or website.
You can unlock rewards as soon as you reach 150 Stars, with even more options available at 300 and 500 Stars. You can redeem your Stars anytime by placing an order through the app or website, adding an eligible menu item to your cart, and selecting the reward you want to redeem at checkout.
Stars expire 365 days after they are earned, so make sure to use them!

The History of Hardee’s
Hardee’s story began on September 3, 1960, when Wilber Hardee opened the first restaurant in Greenville, North Carolina. With a simple but attractive menu—15-cent hamburgers, 10-cent fries, and 20-cent milkshakes—the concept quickly caught public attention. By the end of the decade, the company operated more than 200 locations, marking the beginning of its national expansion.
Over the following years, the chain grew not only in size but also in flavor and variety. In its mission to offer fresh and authentic products, it introduced its now-classic Made From Scratch Biscuits, baked in-store daily, and its famous roast beef sandwich—both of which remain menu staples.
In the 1980s, the brand celebrated the opening of its 2,000th restaurant and added new items like the Cinnamon ’N’ Raisin Biscuit, expanding its reputation as a top breakfast destination. In 1997, Hardee’s became part of CKE Restaurants, which created a network of 3,828 restaurants in 40 states and 10 countries. Under new ownership, Hardee’s launched its Thickburgers line, made with 100% premium Angus beef. The Monster Thickburger became iconic for its size and flavor.
Today, the brand remains true to its legacy of flavor and quality, with a strong presence across the Midwest and Southeastern United States. It continues to surprise customers with creative offerings like Froot Loops Mini Donuts, keeping the brand relevant for over six decades.
