Crumbl’s History
Crumbl began with the shared vision of two cousins, Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, in Logan, Utah. Driven by the desire to bake the most delicious chocolate chip cookie in the world, they invested time, effort, and a considerable amount of money into perfecting a recipe they could be truly proud of.
After countless trials and adjustments, they discovered the perfect formula: the now-famous Milk Chocolate Chip cookie. With that achievement, they opened their first store, focusing on a simple but effective model—takeout and delivery. As their popularity grew, so did their ambition. They introduced new flavors, added delivery services, catering options, and launched an innovative rotating weekly menu to keep customers delighted and curious.
Today, Crumbl is a rapidly growing franchise with an expanding global footprint. Despite the success, their original mission remains unchanged: to create special moments between friends and loved ones with a box of irresistible cookies, baked with passion and care.
