Torchy’s Tacos has announced the launch of a new menu item, designed to deliver a bold and flavorful experience. Introducing the Torched Bowls—a new line of bowls available for a limited time only. If you’re ready to try them, here are all the details you need to know.
What are the new Torched Bowls from Torchy’s Tacos?
The Torched Bowls feature your choice of protein, fresh ingredients, and bold sauces. You can choose from four different options:
- NEW: The Broski Bowl (LTO) – Choice of fried or grilled chicken, cilantro lime rice, black beans, BBQ sauce, creamy chipotle, corn relish, mixed cheese, sliced avocado, and crispy corn tortilla strips.
- The Big Tipsy Bowl – Choice of fried or grilled chicken, Bacon Bourbon Marmalade, cilantro lime rice, black beans, mixed cheese, corn relish, guacamole, crispy onions, chipotle sauce, and chopped cilantro.
- The Bonfire Bowl – Choice of grilled salmon or Brushfire jerk chicken, cilantro lime rice, black beans, spinach, diced mango, pickled onions, and jalapeños.
- The Moontower Bowl – Choice of fried shrimp or grilled shrimp, salad mix, diced mango, black bean and corn relish, sliced avocado, pickled onions, and jalapeños.

When will Torchy’s Tacos’ Torched Bowls be available?
They’re available now! You can order your favorite bowl in-store, online, or through delivery at participating locations. But don’t wait—these bowls are only around for a limited time.
Torchy’s Tacos Launches Campaign with Brittany Broski
To celebrate the launch of the new Torched Bowls, Torchy’s has teamed up with Brittany Broski, internet icon, pop culture figure, and self-proclaimed flavor expert, to headline the campaign “Break Up With Boring Bowls.” As the face of the campaign, Brittany stars in the featured ad, leads content across social media, and helps fans discover their new favorite bowl—including her limited-time collaboration: the exclusive Broski Bowl.

Currently, the restaurant chain—founded in Austin, Texas—has over 130 locations across the United States.

What is Torchy’s Tacos Rewards?
Torchy’s Tacos Rewards is the company’s loyalty program. You earn 10 points for every $1 spent, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards. Members also receive birthday surprises and special offers throughout the year. To earn points, just sign in to your Rewards account when placing an order. For in-store purchases, scan your QR code from the Torchy’s mobile app or provide your phone number to the cashier.
Signing up is easy and can be done via the mobile app or during an online order. You’ll need to enter your first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and ZIP code. Membership is open to users 13 and older.
Once registered, you’ll start earning points immediately. Available rewards will appear in your account page and during checkout. To redeem, simply sign in, add the eligible items to your cart, and click “Redeem.” The discount will automatically apply. To remove it, click “Remove” next to the discount. In-store, available rewards will appear for the cashier once you’re logged in. Only one reward redemption is allowed per transaction.
