The Smokey Chipotle Chicken at Baja Fresh is seasoned and grilled to enhance the bold flavor of chipotle. It’s available in several tasty options:
- Smokey Chipotle Chicken Bowl: Grilled chipotle chicken with caramelized onions served over your choice of rice, black or pinto beans, jack cheese, lettuce, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, pickled red onions, avocado, chipotle aioli, and a lime wedge.
- Smokey Chipotle Chicken Burrito: Grilled chipotle chicken with caramelized onions, rice, black beans, cotija cheese, avocado, pickled red onions, and chipotle aioli sauce, all wrapped in a warm tortilla.
- Smokey Chipotle Chicken Taco Combo: Two soft corn tortillas filled with chipotle chicken, caramelized onions, cotija cheese, avocado, pickled red onions, and chipotle aioli sauce. Served with your choice of black or pinto beans, rice, and a lime wedge.

When is Baja Fresh’s new menu available?
It’s already available! You can now order the new Smokey Chipotle Chicken items at participating locations nationwide. But don’t wait too long — they’ll only be around until October 20, 2025.

It’s Baja Fresh’s loyalty program, where you can earn points and redeem them for rewards. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and once you accumulate 100 points, you receive $10 in rewards. Plus, you get 50 bonus points just for signing up.
