Everyone aged 18 and older, or 13 to 17 with parental permission, can participate in The Flavor Blast Challenge. The activity consists of entering a Flavor Blast capsule and grabbing flying “Pretzel Tokens.”

Each participant will receive a prize; however, only the luckiest will get the best prize: the Auntie Anne’s Golden Card, which allows you to claim free pretzels for an entire year without making any purchase.

The Flavor Blast Challenge will take place this Saturday, August 23, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, New York.

Great news for fans of the chain! After a flood of customer requests, Sour Cream & Onion is back on the menu. This iconic flavor returns reinvented and will be available in Flavor Blast Pretzel Nuggets.
You can order Sour Cream & Onion Nuggets starting August 25, 2025, at participating locations nationwide. Don’t wait too long, as they’ll only be available for a limited time.

What is Auntie Anne’s Rewards?
This is the company’s loyalty program, allowing you to earn points and later redeem them for rewards. You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on each purchase. Additionally, you can enjoy a free pretzel with any purchase when you register for the first time and again when you reach 250 points earned.
Members also receive a free pretzel to celebrate their birthday, though at least one purchase per year is required to qualify. To join this program, you can download the app or sign up online.
To redeem your rewards in the app, simply add the menu item you want to your cart and apply the reward at checkout. In-store, scan your reward from the app or provide the code to the cashier at payment.
