What does the Popeyes x Hot Ones menu include?
With this new menu, you’ll get to enjoy the chain’s iconic crispy chicken, now infused with the signature heat of Hot Ones. The new items are:
- Sizzlin’ Sriracha Dippers (Mild): Pickled garlic sriracha-marinated Chicken Dippers, served with a Buttermilk Ranch dip cup and a fiery Hot Ones Sriracha sachet.
- Smokin’ Rojo Sandwich (Medium): A crispy chicken fillet topped with Hot Ones’ Los Calientes Rojo spread and tangy pickles, all on a toasted brioche bun.

- Darin’ Dab Ghost Wings (Hot): Classic wings (bone-in or boneless) dusted with a bold Ghost Pepper dry rub, served with a Hot Ones Last Dab Ranch dip cup.

History of Popeyes
The fried chicken chain was founded by Al Copeland, Sr. in Arabi, a suburb of New Orleans, in 1972. Copeland wanted to compete with Kentucky Fried Chicken, but his restaurant failed within a few months. Four days later, he reopened the restaurant under the name Popeyes Mighty Good Chicken.
