What is the NFL?
The National Football League (NFL) is the most important professional American football league in the United States. It was founded in 1920 under the name American Professional Football Association (APFA) and adopted its current name in 1922. The NFL consists of 32 franchises, organized into two conferences: the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC). Each season culminates with the Super Bowl, the game that pits the champions of both conferences against each other to determine the league’s overall champion.

What is the origin of Crocs?
The brand’s origins date back to 2002, when George Boedecker Jr. and his collaborators introduced revolutionary footwear designed for nautical activities. The initial model, which stood out for its lightness, water resistance, and non-slip sole, quickly attracted the interest of that audience.
However, it soon began to attract attention from other sectors thanks to its exceptional comfort, attributed to the Croslite material, a resin that perfectly molds to the shape of the foot, which led workers who spent long hours on their feet to start buying them.
Since its market introduction, Crocs sandals marked a notable innovation, leading to rapid company growth and the opportunity to expand its product line.
How to tell if my Crocs are original?
Crocs have become one of the most popular footwear models, so it’s not uncommon for counterfeits to appear on the market. Fortunately, there are ways to tell if your Crocs are authentic. Here’s how to identify them:
- Design: Originals have circulation slots on the sole that improve grip on surfaces, as well as an insole that helps improve blood circulation. In some cases, they also feature the Crocs Iconic Comfort logo on the inner insole.
- Straps: The straps on original Crocs are flexible and adjustable. Additionally, they have the brand name embossed on them.
- Logo: On imitation products, the Duke crocodile logo is of lower quality, while on originals, all the details of the crocodile can be clearly seen.
- Material: Original Crocs are made of Croslite, a lightweight, durable, and flexible material. Counterfeits are typically made of rubber and are heavier.
- Sole: The original sole features the brand name, the official website address, and size and origin information about the footwear.
- Packaging: Original Crocs come in specific packaging designed to protect the footwear. Additionally, the box includes elements that distinguish the brand.
- Friction: On original products, the sole ensures good friction on wet or slippery surfaces, whereas counterfeits do not provide the same level of safety.
