These include coconut-based beverages and another one packed with protein, all part of the Starting 5 program, in which five stores across the U.S. will test national-level innovations. What are Starbucks’ new drinks?
According to CEO Brian Niccol, the new beverages coming to select stores include:
- Protein Cold Foam: A creamy, protein-packed cold foam topping with approximately 15 grams of protein — designed to add nutritional value without compromising flavor.
- Coconut Water-Based Beverages: Coco Matcha and Coco Cold Brew offer hydration and tropical refreshment, showcasing how Starbucks is reimagining cold beverages with high-quality ingredients.

When will the new Starbucks drinks be available?
Niccol stated that the Protein Cold Foam will be available by late 2025, while the coconut water-based tea and coffee drinks will begin testing this month. The CEO also hinted that as 2026 progresses, Starbucks plans to roll out even more beverages — so stay tuned!

- Starbucks Iced Espresso Pumpkin Spice Latte: Inspired by the iconic and original Pumpkin Spice Latte, this ready-to-drink beverage is a perfect combination of bold Starbucks Espresso balanced with milk and enticing notes of pumpkin spice. Embrace the cozy delights of a Starbucks fall favorite right at home. Its price is \$6.99 for a 40 fl oz bottle.
- Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink: A seasonally inspired blend of spice, milk and the finest arabica coffee come together in a ready-to-drink Frappuccino coffee beverage. The price is \$4.19 for a 13.7 fl oz bottle.
